From Fako Courts (1)
The Muyuka Court of First Instance in Fako Division, Cameroon, has discharged three persons and declined the competence to try 9 persons in connection with a civil claim a Divisional Officer (D.O.) here filed for general damages, assault, battery and destruction of property. During the trial, the presiding magistrate, Ambrose Abongwi Forchap, maintained that the evidence the D.O David Dibango Dador presented against Lucas Fontem Agendia, Joseph Ebot and Marcus Tah was a Non Liquet Nulla Bona wish, which therefore created doubt and operated in favour of the three accused persons mentioned above
